      Trading Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

  1. Customers without approved credit facility will be required to settle their account before or on delivery promptly.  Direct bank deposit, electronic transfer or T/T are acceptable (subject to confirmation and bank clearance), and can be made to the following account:

  2. EFTPOS facility is available. The card holder presence is required.

  3. Alfa Computers accepts Bankcard, Visa, and MasterCard. However, credit card payment attracts 2% processing fee.

  4. Alfa Computers retains the ownership of the goods until the full invoice price of the goods and any applicable interest are fully paid for.

Unpaid Cheques/Deposits

  1. Bank Charges for unpaid cheques/deposit will be the liability of the customer.  A new invoice will be made to include bank charges and adjustment value of the goods.

  2. Prices listed are subject to stock availability.

  3. Prices listed do not include Freight charges (see Freight)


  1. All freight charges are to be paid by the customer, however, customers are free to make their own freight arrangement.

  2. All freight charges do not include any insurance charges, purchasers are responsible for arranging their own insurance.  Risk of the goods will pass to the customer when the goods leave the premises and will, unless otherwise agreed in writing, be the responsibility of and at the risk of the purchaser. Alfa Computers Pty. Ltd. can not be held responsible for any missing goods or damages incurred during transit.


  1. All products are provided with 12 months warranty, unless otherwise specified.

  2. Warranties are provided on back to base basis.  Should on site maintenance contract be necessary/desirable, please contact us.

  3. Goods returned for warranty must have a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) clearly marked on the packaging box.  RAN can be requested by fax, telephone or e-mail, together with a full description of the goods (brand, model, serial no., purchase date, invoice no., and the nature of fault).  Failure to do so, may result in delays in processing your goods.

  4. Alfa Computers Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to charge a minimum NFF (No Fault Found) fee of $50.00 for any warranty goods returned with no fault found.

  5. Alfa Computers Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse warranty work until all overdue amounts are paid.

  6. Goods returned for warranty must be well packaged (such as using the original packaging materials) to prevent further damage during transit.  Failure to do so may void the warranty on such items and a minimum packaging fee of $50 is chargeable.

  7. Freight charges for all warranty returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Return for credit

  1. Unless otherwise specified, goods purchased are returnable in their complete and unopened condition for credit within 7 days of invoice date, otherwise a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged to the customer.

  2. No return credit/refund can be made for any goods over 14 days of our invoice date.


  1. Alfa Computers Pty Ltd, its shareholders, management and staff are indemnified against damages, injuries, loss of profit, loss of data or any other costs arising from the use or misuse of any products purchased from Alfa Computers Pty Ltd.
